I was driving with my kids from Orland Park to visit my mom in St. Charles. My 24 Escalade started seizing up upon acceleration and couldn't even change gear. It was a bit scary for a moment. I was close enough to Fox Valley that i made it to their surface Bay. My mom is friends with the owner of the dealership, but i did not even have to play that card when Andrew in service helped us IMMEDIATELY. Andrew diagnosed the problems within 5 minutes and found us a loaner in the several minutes following. All of the damage was under warranty and the team at Fox Valley took great care of us. Couldnt have been a better experience with some folks that obviously just take pride in doing a great job. Thank you! and Thanks Andrew!

I came out here on a whim, and was absolutely blown away by the service and hospitality from Trevor, Zaya, and Mike. Those three guys are an incredible group. Honestly, they remind me of the ’92 Olympic Dream Team: Jordan, Bird, and Magic. The chemistry, professionalism, and customer service were second to none. He was very accommodating to all our children and we were able to do business without worrying about the kids. Brought car back and service said leak was with the evaporator unit, repair was $2400. picked up car air conditioner worked for a week then out again. Brought car back and the time was told that the condenser was bad it would cost $2300. When I questioned the repairs being done and not fixing the problem Frank the service advisor said the car is old and even with the new repair there is no guarantee another air conditioner component wouldn’t break. The dealer is charging over $4000 for a repair with no guarantee. I did not have the new repair done and would not return to this dealer.

The General Manager Greg does not keep his promises, the service here is some of the worst I’ve experienced, they’re all nice when you are looking to buy but if you’ve got a problem they will just ignore you. I’d suggest buying elsewhere and definitely don’t get you car serviced here , car wash comes with free paint swirls .

Lengthy but worth the read!! My son found a used Genesis G70 (not even a GMC) here that he fell in love with. Made a last minute appt to test drive. Recieved a confirmation call from the sales person we were to meet, Trevor. He provided his direct line and was very friendly. I know what you're all thinking, "of course he was, they want your money"! However, he was NOT AT ALL that "salesman schmoozy". While he began to value our trade in, the manager, Mike, came over and and introduced himself. He talked about their "mission" and the great business ethics of the owner. He was VERY upfront. Said if we like the car they will help make it work and if they can't, he'll give us straight answers why. He said if we walk away, that's fine. No pressure. He told us Trevor history there While he worked there for a while now, he was new to the sales team. We'll... let me tell you, Trevor couldn't have been more professional and competent and knowledgeable. He was wonderful! And to top it off, i am a BIG people watcher and watched the other sales people and managers. They treated each with respect as well as the other customers. You know you’re going to get excellent service every time! Service advisors explain what needs service and how long it will take. I have a 2013 Buick Regal, and it’s still running great because of the care from St Charles GM… WISH THEY WERE ALSO SELLING BUICKS… The ac in my 2013 Buick Regal was blowing warm air and there was a grinding noise when the ac was on. Service Advisor Andrew Zwiezen kept me appraised thru the process. They did a series of diagnostics to find my ac was slowly leaking fluid and the belt needed replacement. Because the process took time, Andrew offered me a ride home, which I appreciated very much. I decided to repair my car, even though it’s 13 years old because Andrew ordered a diagnostic, and there were no other problems with the car.

Soon you drive in is so easy and people are so polite

I had the opportunity to work with Yesenia while purchasing my truck and she was great. Very patience and easy to talk too and when questions came up she would work through to get me an answer. Highly recommend her if you’re at Fox Valley looking for your new vehicle. 🔑

This review is coming from an experienced car professional that was in the business for 30 years. Fox Valley Buick GMC made the purchase of our 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 completely transparent with no games or brain damage. Our salesman Josh was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the features of the vehicle. Also dealing with the Finance Manager Alex was pleasant as there were no surprises when it came to signing the final documents. Finally the Sales Manager Pete was more than accommodating from beginning to end.

I had the pleasure of working with the saleman Mike Hampel. He was exceptional. He was honest, patient, kind, and explained everything to me in detail. He was never pushy or trying to oversell me. I've had poor experiences in the past so I felt nervous about this purchase but he made it easy and less stressful. I would highly suggest his services to anyone! I cannot recall the finance managers name but he was humorous and easy to work with as well . I felt well informed but not pressured to purchase anything that was not necessary.
